Covers initial assessment of your child prior to enrolment.

Confirms your child's place. Must be paid within 7 days of offer.
Polo Top (Preschool – Grade 5)

2% Early Payment — pay the full year upfront before the academic year starts
10% Sibling Discount — for the 3rd and subsequent children enrolled simultaneously
A 2% discount is offered on yearly tuition if payment is made in full before the start of the academic year.
Failure to pay promptly will invalidate all discounts. Fees not paid by the due date may result in the child being excluded from school.
A sibling discount of 10% applies on tuition for the 3rd and subsequent children enrolled at the same time.
One month's written notice is required before withdrawing a child from school.
Tuition fees will not be refunded after the commencement of the term.
Fees are subject to review and may be increased subject to approval from the head of school.
Mode of payment: Ghana Cedi (GHC) or USD at the current rate, by cash or electronic transfer.
