The pre-registration form is the first step in the admissions process. Gather the documents below before filling it in — you may be asked to upload or bring them at a later stage.
Required Documents
Birth Certificate
Original or certified copy of your child's birth certificate.
Passport
Valid passport — copy of the photo/bio data page.
Vaccination Records
Up-to-date immunisation card or vaccination history.
Previous School Report
Most recent school report or assessment (if applicable — not required for Preschool/PreK).
Passport Photos
Two recent passport-sized photographs of the child.
Parent/Guardian ID
Copy of a valid government-issued ID for the parent or guardian.
Age assessed as of September 1st of the academic year.
We review your pre-registration form within 2–3 business days.
You'll be contacted to arrange and pay the assessment fee (200 GHC).
A brief child assessment is scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
If a place is available, you'll receive a formal offer letter.
Confirm the place by paying the registration fee (2,500 GHC) within 7 days.
